Yesterday, we bought a new Coachman 460 from Kenmore Caravans at Mirfield. I can only describe it as an excellent experience. Brendan Hughes, the Salesman, was so helpful, he clearly knew the product inside out. No hard sell, just comprehensive advice and support. His knowledge and manner was outstanding! We have had a bit of a turnover of caravans over the last few years (one, crashed, one drowned) and throughout Kenmore have been incredibly supportive. We have rung them from abroad, and they have been really helpful. They sent us a new nose wheel to Slovenia, after ours disappeared and we couldn't find one in Slovenia. They helped us get our crashed caravan back from France. They gave us brilliant advice and help about our Insurance claims. I cannot recommend them enough. We are really grateful for their help and assistance. Hopefully, we will not need another caravan for a while, but when we do, Kenmore is where I will be buying it.

We wish to commend your staff member Sarah who dealt with our online purchase with professionalism and courtesy. As we live in Australia it is difficult to obtain spare parts for our Isabella awning locally and for the second year in a row we have sourced them readily from yourselves with Sarah’s help.

Fantastic service, wouldn't now go anywhere else. We bought a used van, and then came Covid.... Nothing but good stuff to say about these guys. Mark was brilliant all along the way, threw in a couple of extras (not sure he'll want me saying that...) and delivered it to our storage yard for free, making the van such a positive experience, even though we were stuck in the Middle East.

The Parts dept really knows their products.I was looking for a replacement caravan battery box . After speaking with the Parts dept, I felt they knew their products extremely well and advised me correctly on which to purchase. The item was dispatched that day and with overnight courier, arrived safely and well packaged the next.

Thank you for providing just a great caravan and making the buying of our caravan a pleasurable experience.We picked up our Coachman Pastiche today and I can’t thank Brendan enough. He was superb today with all the help he gave us. He answered all my questions and some of them would have been stupid no doubt and not once did we feel rushed. He helped us from getting there till we left the forecourt.We will continue to use the shop at Kenmore and will be having our caravan serviced regular there too.
