Having recently purchased a new to us (Used) caravan from Kenmore Caravans, we cannot recommend them enough! As a family we have purchased many a caravan from them over the years and the service provided has always been exceptional! From the viewing of the caravan, to payment and Handover, the whole team have been so knowledgeable, helpful and professional.The choice of caravans available has always been great with many layouts and brands on offer and all in a great condition and at a very good price!Even when finding the smallest and minor bits that need some attention, the team have been more than willing to support and find replacement parts ensuring they are fit and ready to go for the handover date.Would highly recommend Kenmore to anyone considering a caravan, whether that be a first time buyer or someone looking to swap to something different.Thank you, we will return in the future.

Yesterday, we bought a new Coachman 460 from Kenmore Caravans at Mirfield. I can only describe it as an excellent experience. Brendan Hughes, the Salesman, was so helpful, he clearly knew the product inside out. No hard sell, just comprehensive advice and support. His knowledge and manner was outstanding! His approach alone, convinced us we were making the right decision to buy from Kenmore as well of course the actual caravan!!I would, without a doubt, recommend Kenmore Caravans for your next purchase. A good, honest company, with the staff and expertise that underpins quality and service.

Bought our first ever caravan from here last August, a 2012 Swift, we've used it around a dozen times, never let us down, just had our service done at Kenmores, all good, great damp report. Mentioned 2 issues as it was still under warranty, the boss wasn't around so they said we would be contacted. Recieved telephone call day after to say both would be covered under warranty including an issue we just briefly mentioned and didn't really expect them to cover. Yes they may be slightly more expensive but definitely worth every penny.

We wish to commend your staff member Sarah who dealt with our online purchase with professionalism and courtesy. As we live in Australia it is difficult to obtain spare parts for our Isabella awning locally and for the second year in a row we have sourced them readily from yourselves with Sarah’s help.

The Parts dept really knows their products.I was looking for a replacement caravan battery box . After speaking with the Parts dept, I felt they knew their products extremely well and advised me correctly on which to purchase. The item was dispatched that day and with overnight courier, arrived safely and well packaged the next.

Been dealing with Kenmore for years. Nice bunch of people to deal with. Bought our caravan from them and they have looked after it for us ever since. Looking at buying a new one soon, will keep checking to see what they have in.

He was superb today with all the help he gave us. He answered all my questions and some of them would have been stupid no doubt and not once did we feel rushed. He helped us from getting there till we left the forecourt.We will continue to use the shop at Kenmore and will be having our caravan serviced regular there too.
