We recently bought an xplore xc lite and part exchanged our old caravan with Kenmore. We mostly dealt with Brendan who provided an excellent service. Brendan was a lovely mix of being helpful and informative without being too pushy. All the adaptations we asked for to the new caravan were completed and the service felt professional and trustworthy from start to finish.

After selling our motorhome to return to caravaning we looked on various websites and read lots of reviews. We decided to visit Kenmore and buy local. They didn't have anything on our first visit so we kept looking on their website and saw just what we were looking for. Arranged a viewing with Brenden and received a first class service. No hustling, no pestering he was just happy for us to view. We noticed a couple of small issues which he said would be fixed. We collected our van and off we went, very happy customers, the whole process was great. Issues fixed, fully cleaned and good to go. We couldn't have been treated any better. So glad we chose Kenmore, can't thank them enough for a great experience start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

1st class customer service from both Richard and Robert initially on the purchase of various spare parts that I haven't been able to source anywhere else, and then on the freely given advice and guidance on how to proceed with repairs. I witnessed at first hand the care and commitment shown towards other customers vehicles and would not hesitate to use Kenmore. Robert has years of experience and an encyclopaedic knowledge of caravans and I am indebted to him for his assistance. My only regret is that the company is over 240 miles away from me! I should also mention Brendon and Mark from sales who were very helpful and have guided me towards the right choice if and when I do upgrade my caravan which I would happily buy from them.

Just a small order of 2 dometic vent covers. I ordered 2 but 1 didn't fit. Spoke to Jackie who diagnosed the problem from my photos. Explained how to return the items and what was actually needed. THEN contacted me a week later to say the correct cover was in but there were only two available. Purchased over the phone arrived 2 days later and both fit sweet as a nut
