Just a small order of 2 dometic vent covers. I ordered 2 but 1 didn't fit. Spoke to Jackie who diagnosed the problem from my photos. Explained how to return the items and what was actually needed. THEN contacted me a week later to say the correct cover was in but there were only two available. Purchased over the phone arrived 2 days later and both fit sweet as a nut

I cannot recommend this company too highly. We have caravaned for 36 years but had decided that our next caravan should be a bit smaller and we were looking for a 2 berth.
Despite arriving on a foul day, without appointment, we were shown around the vans they had and had all our questions answered. Absolutely no pressure and we found our ideal van.
When picking up the van, Brenda answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We had a problem with the tow bar on the car and they even fixed that for us.
This is a family run company and everyone there seems really happy to be there. If you are looking for a new or used caravan, give them a visit. You will be glad you did.
