Exceptionally good business. I used this company earlier this year when I needed an annual service completing on my caravan at short notice to protect my warranty. They completed the work well and on time and rectified some faults that other dealers had missed. I have been back a couple of times for minor faults to be rectified and the staff are welcoming and explain everything clearly and in detail. The owners Robert and Sally are knowledgeable and friendly. There is an excellent new shop with a vast range of products at fair prices. They have a thriving mail order business and sell new and second hand caravans and Motorhomes. They are at Mirfield just off Junction 25 of the M62 and there is plenty of space when you arrive. Fantastic company, first time purchasing a caravan and after travelling what seemed like endless companies, getting harassed by sales staff as soon as we stepped foot on the site we were drawn back to the first one we visited Kenmore caravans. Why because the staff Brendan and Mark were  friendly never pushy trying to sell us a caravan, instead happy to talk us through owning a van, the common problems we could face, what caravaning is really like,  as it might not be for us even discouraging us from purchasing a van we liked that was  more than we planned to spend because we didn't need one as big. The differences in layouts and most appropriate for the 2 of us and any future  trips out taking the grandchildren We went back over several weeks untill they had the right caravan in stock that ticked all the boxes,  and yet they never got fed up seeing us and not actually committing to buying anything We never felt rushed or pressured and now we have finally bought a van at a great price and go on our first trip next week safe in the knowledge that if we get stuck, which is a distinct possibility these guys are only a phone call away to talk us through it.
