1st class customer service from both Richard and Robert initially on the purchase of various spare parts that I haven't been able to source anywhere else, and then on the freely given advice and guidance on how to proceed with repairs. I witnessed at first hand the care and commitment shown towards other customers vehicles and would not hesitate to use Kenmore. Robert has years of experience and an encyclopaedic knowledge of caravans and I am indebted to him for his assistance. My only regret is that the company is over 240 miles away from me! I should also mention Brendon and Mark from sales who were very helpful and have guided me towards the right choice if and when I do upgrade my caravan which I would happily buy from them.

Just a small order of 2 dometic vent covers. I ordered 2 but 1 didn't fit. Spoke to Jackie who diagnosed the problem from my photos. Explained how to return the items and what was actually needed. THEN contacted me a week later to say the correct cover was in but there were only two available. Purchased over the phone arrived 2 days later and both fit sweet as a nut

Absolutely brilliant called in to get our part sent to another unit just up the road. Lovely guy very knowledgeable measured the part and compared it to the original to make sure it was correct. Fantastic customer service at both establishments and product first class. We will be back.
