Our Service Centre is situated next door to our main Sales Depot. It is managed by Robert Wilson, one of Kenmore’s Directors, so you can be sure that we look after our customers. We are dedicated to looking after you and the caravan that you purchased from us.

We have an extensive variety of caravan spare parts and operate a special order service for those difficult to find items.  Chances are if you need a part – we’ll have it!

Our modern, fully equipped National Caravan council Approved Workshop and Mobile Service Van is set up to offer you the best backup available. Approved by all major suppliers, our workshops will conscientiously complete every type of repair, large or small. Our reputation depends on our Customer Service Standards and they are second to none!

Bought our first ever caravan from here last August, a 2012 Swift, we've used it around a dozen times, never let us down, just had our service done at Kenmores, all good, great damp report. Mentioned 2 issues as it was still under warranty, the boss wasn't around so they said we would be contacted. Recieved telephone call day after to say both would be covered under warranty including an issue we just briefly mentioned and didn't really expect them to cover. Yes they may be slightly more expensive but definitely worth every penny.
