Our Privacy Policy

At KENMORE CARAVANS we value the trust placed in us by customers, suppliers and employees who give us their personal data. Data security is one of our highest priorities and we aim to be as clear as possible about what we do with personal data and why we do it. Your privacy is really important to us, and we understand how important it is to you. Like all UK and EU companies, we have moved to GDPR to make sure your data is as safe as possible.

Who we are

Kenmore Caravans Limited is a family business, managed by it’s owners. You can get in touch with us by post at our main office at 119 Huddersfield Road, Mirfield, WF14 9DA and by email at: admin@kenmorecaravans.co.uk.
Your rights

You have the right to object to how we process your personal information. You also have the right to access, correct, sometimes delete and restrict the personal information we use. In addition, you have a right to complain to us and to the data protection regulator.

How we gather personal information

We store the information you give us personally/directly. Sometimes for your safety and for legal reasons we collect personal information by recording and monitoring our CCTV systems. We do not record calls for training and quality control. We do not collect any personal information from any other source.

How we use your personal information

We use personal information to provide customers with products and services, warranty registrations and claims, to comply with the law, and to improve and market our products and services. We will use information supplied by employees to process HR and payroll/pension services.
Our products and services
We need some personal information before we can provide our products and services to you, for example to allow us to check your identity, eg Black Horse Caravan finance. In some cases we won’t be able to provide products and services to you if we don’t have all the personal information we need.

Sharing and transferring personal Information

We share personal information with our suppliers where needed to provide you with the best service. We also share personal information with regulators and law enforcement if required. We do not transfer personal information to other countries outside the UK.

Keeping personal information

We keep your personal information securely for as long as we need to for warranty, sales and HR purposes.

Your consent

Sometimes we need your consent to use your personal information (for example for marketing). We won’t always need consent to use personal information – for example if we need it to meet regulatory requirements or to perform a contract with you. Customers who have purchased a caravan or service from us have a contract in place as an alternative to consent. Where this is in place or you have given us consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.

Third Parties

We want the best for our customers and employees and we will never pass your details on to other companies to offer you products and services.
